Welcome to the Senior Runs online scheduling platform! Now you can select your companion care provider and schedule your service request online.

• Step 1 – Select the type of service you are requesting. This will either be transportation, companion care in-home visit or personal shopping and delivery service.
• Step 2 – Select the time you would like a companion driver to pick you up or arrive at your home to perform in-home services and make a delivery. (PLEASE CLICK ON ARROW NEXT TO BACK BUTTON TO ACCESS ADDITIONAL PICK UP OR SERVICE TIMES)
• Step 3 – Enter the details of your service request, which includes pick up address, destination and additional stops you would like to request.
• Step 4 – Your request is complete! All requests are held in a pending status until a staff member accepts your request. You will be notified of any changes in the status of your request.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED REQUEST TO AVOID A $55 CANCELLATION FEE.
